Do You Offer Media Mail?
We most certainly do. But this mailing option is only valid for orders that consist of records, posters, or any other format we carry besides apparel. If you place a order with apparel items included and have selected the “Media Mail” option. Your order will be cancelled and not processed.

What Is A "Preorder Item"?
Pre-order items are sold prior to shipping date. A Shipping date will be stated when an item is up for sale. These dates are a rough aproximation on when the item will be ready to ship and not 100%. Please keep that in mind when ordering. If you order an item that is not a pre-order along with a pre-order item they will both be shipped when the pre-order is ready.

I Received an Apparel Item And It Differs A Bit From The Images Shown On The Shop, What Gives?
All of the photos on our webstore are mock images, and not actual photos. There may be some differences from what photos are on the product page.

What Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship all International orders via USPS. International orders ship within 3 business days of ordering and usually take between 2-4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Depending on customs and where you live it can take up to 6 weeks. Orders can take a significant amount of time to reach their destination. Please keep in mind that postal Holidays, weekends, and inclement weather can/will effect delivery times.

What Payment Methods Do you Accept
You can pay with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or PayPal. We also accept Money Order and personal check. Your orders will not be shipped or processed until we receive these payments. Please contact us before hand if you are going to pay via money order or check.

Do You Accept Demo Submissions?
At this time we are not accepting physical or digital demos. Please do not send them.
